Ah yes, no money for school repairs, cervical cancer screening for teenage girls, cutbacks in social welfare etc. etc. but ah shur deres $3.4 million for an Irish arts center, there's a few million for a Ted Kennedy memorial and let's lower de price of drink to stimulate demand - got te get de Irish drinking again to satisfy de vintners association. Tis a grate littil cuntree Ireland, so tis.
