Oh, so that's what they mean when they talk about Bull Bars!
So, what's on the menu tonight? Steak, ribs, or good ol' hamburgers? :-)
I bet he got out fast when he saw the price of a pint!
The wit of the Irish cannot be denied "and that ain't no bull!
he didnt stay long,a quick pissup,to show his outrage at the prices,
you've got to watch out for those bulls over there.and good for the guy who saved his pint!!!!!!
@ SeamusRua – they’s hafta call them Porterhouse Steaks, wouldn't they? Look, everybody... let's be so hard on the bull... he wasn’t wearing his glasses that day and thought it was a china shop.
@muirisobric - lol!!! The best laugh I've had all week :))
Doesn't surprise me -We were having lunch at Brown Trout Rest. in Tipperary and a guy brought a donkey inside!
If my grandaddy had of been there: free steaks on the grill for everyone.
I'm afraid a lot of bull barged its way onto Irish Central a long time ago and has yet to leave.
no one offered to buy him a pint - the wrecker bull is symbolic of the Bill O'Reilly's attraction and high ratings. 'Splains why folks are fixated on wrecks of all hues.
A pint of BULL is yer only man
Oh...you mean a real live bull. That certainly wasn't the bull in bars that came to mind when I saw the headline.
Glad to see that the bull did not get into Gartlans' Pub in Kingscourt. I had a wonderful evening with my older, now late, second cousins one removed Davy, Tom, and George at Gartlan's a few years ago now. Do not recall where the Porter House Pub might be in Kingscourt, there are an number of pubs on the main street of Kingscourt.
