Does anybody really believe that Woodlawn won't eventually become another crime-ridden filthy unlivable slum as happened to Bainbridge, Kingsbridge, Fordham ,Highbridge, Williamsbridge, Melrose, Mott Haven etc.,etc.? White Plains Road is a very dangerous jungle and it is surely heading due west towards Woodlawn.
