Although with great intentions, the plan has been met with “outrage” by the Camden City police officers and with skepticism from the surrounding suburban neighbors. Mayor Bill James if Glourcester City believes the merger is merely a bailout of the dangerous city: "They always say it's not about Camden, but then it turns out it is," he said.

This website is so amusing to read...it actually has more mistakes than the Asbury Park Press (if that's possible!!)) ;-) The last time I looked, Camden was still in New Jersey, although I'm sure New Jersey would gladly deed it over to Pennsylvania!

I am assuming you mean Camden City and County NJ, not Pennsylvania. Come on guys get your states right.
