How many of these pseudo citizens will get loans in our name from European banks and put us into further debt, which we cannot afford to pay.

Will Americans get a discount in the pub if they produce the certificate?Or get a discount in the restaurant?If they do can a member here who is getting one let me borrow it when they are not using it?I can do a passable Alabama accent and get the beer cheaper.
