I don't care if you are Irish or Mexican or any other nationality everyone should come to America legally. I came hear legally and went thru a process to achieve that. The illegals broke the law and should be deported kids and all period
People need to be really careful - this is an election year and according to whats in the papers here in DC, they are taking a huge risk as the government will have all their credentials on file and know where they are and if Romney gets in, he's going to overturn this and the papers are saying they will then be able to track down all the illegals easily and have them deported. I'm not so sure I'd be willing to give up all my information in an election year and that that risk (fortunately I got my citizenship this week so its not a worry for me) but i'd worry that people are going to trust this to be safe when its not. Any change in government puts this out of contention again.
Where is my reply?
If they were illegal residents in Ireland they'd be deported.
Being 'nabbed and deported' in two years will depend on who is sitting in the Oval Office, or if you unfortunately live in Arizona where Pretty Face-the Governor will have you corralled and shipped out- but maybe not these light-skinned, English speaking Irish featured in this article.
""Deferred action does not provide lawful status or a pathway to permanent residence or citizenship," says Alejandro Mayorkas, the head of USCIS." And when the two years are up.....well see my previous message
It is a roundabout way to find out who may be here without a residence permit. Once the 2 year grace/work permit period is up they will be nabbed and deported.
