Didja ever notice that a government can advertise a prize of $21.5 mill and deliver only $8 mill. If a private company tried that, they would be sued for fraud. An apt object lesson for socialism.

The best to Patricia and her boys! Sort of amazing ending with 5M when the original over time would have been 21.5M minus the leech's demands. Had "a friend who blew through 11M in 5 years. Hope that is not the result.
