Well done to all at Ballotbox.ie. Good Idea. And probably an accurate prediction of the result ( this written as the votes are being counted). However, their laudable hope for a Presidential Vote for the Diaspora, has a long way to go if only 2,581 people logged on and voted web-wide! Even voter turn-out in Ireland is reportedly weak. Maybe people just don't really care! --- anyway, lets wait and see what President Michael D. Higgins has to say about it!!

I voted for Higgins today. He is personable, experienced and responsible and will represent us well at home and abroad. He will be great at the 2016 celebrations. The sooner McGuinness goes back to N.Ireland the better. Many Irish people do not trust him. His past cannot stay hidden. Too many victims of the IRA remember!

Mr. Norris should have comdemned his child molester lover, but instead he write a letter asking for lenliency for his perverted mate.
Could this lenliency letter for his sick love be a quid pro quo for silence.
