A true psycho - no love for him just because he's Irish. But basically he reigned from 1965-1995 and they've caught him at age 81. By almost any analysis "he got away with it."

Ah, folks, he was busted in Santa Monica, not Santa Barbara. Maybe now the fbi (lower case intentional)can start weeding out the multitude of corrupt, double-dealing agents in their ranks. If nothing else, to give the tax payers a break.
