Looking at the suspects photo, he strikes me as a very angry young man, probably from a disadvantaged background. Please handle with care.

He was lucky it was a cop he shot they protect guys like him now so they don’t get arrested themselves after the media and ACLU get finish showing how the poor underprivileged minority was mistreated by the PD. God be with the good old days after you shot a cop, you jumped of a roof or shot yourself as many times as needed to commit suicide.
