Or Liberty = laissez-faire capitalism the Confederacy's version of states rights. In short, the absolute rights of big property owners over others.

She blew it when she said she wants to be a lawyer. We have WAY too many of them already and the fact that 80% of all elected officials in America are lawyers is the root cause of all of our problems with government. Modern lawyers are very much the same as Medieval clergy...the Medieval clergy protected the mysteries (they could read), spoke the special language (Latin), and interpreted the rules. Modern lawyers protect the mysteries and speak the special language of "Legalese" (even with a smattering of Latin), and interpret the rules. It is time to make it illegal for any lawyer to run for any public office that is not DIRECTLY involved with enforcing the law.
