The Worldwide Ireland Funds will present a Lifetime Achievement Award to The United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Belfast on December 7th. Mrs. Clinton is attending the OSCE Conference in Dublin on December 6th. She will travel the next day to Belfast where the Funds will host a luncheon in her honour.
The event will take place in Belfast’s iconic Titanic Signature Building. This year, this award winning facility marks the 100th anniversary of the construction in its native city of the world’s most famous ship.
Several hundred guests will attend the event including First Minister Peter Robinson, deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness and former Special Economic Envoy for Northern Ireland, Declan Kelly, who was appointed by Mrs. Clinton.
Commenting Kieran McLoughlin, President and CEO of The Worldwide Ireland Funds said, “It is a high honour for us to recognise Secretary of State Clinton on perhaps her last visit to the island of Ireland in her current role. She has shown unstinting commitment to Northern Ireland as First Lady, Senator and now as Secretary of State.
As well as representing her personal commitment to completing the Peace Process, her visit is a signal of ongoing American commitment to the same goal.”
This is Mrs Clinton’s farewell trip to Ireland as Secretary of State. She steps down when her replacement is confirmed.

Smyrnian. You sound like some one who doesn`t believe that Bush or Blair shouldn`t be in prison either.

Nicomax - You are entitled to your own opinion but not your own facts. The WMD's did exist; ask the Kurds who had them used on them at least twice. This is well known, except by those who have a different agenda. Don’t let the facts get in your way.

So sorry, I was not aware that there were levels of evil, just levels of evil deeds. Dead is dead and who is the worst perp, the one who started the pointless death tool, or, the one who could have helped to stop it, and didn't bother her arse. Also, before casting this way, brush up on Mena Arkansas, have a peek at the Bilderburg Group, if that is not enough, let me know and i can list a few more atrocities for you to look at. Thanks.

wtf. I hope they remind her about the woman that worked for her and had the hardship visas for the Irish knocked because she thought they were unfair to other countries. By the way what are they honoring her for? I can’t think of anything she did for the Irish.

"evil" is in the pen of the poster. HRC may not be the biggest charmer of our time, but compared to the previous Secty. of State who foretold of 'mushroom clouds' and WMD when none existed, she is at much appreciated. Just ask those families of dead and maimed soldiers here, and the countless dead, injured and missing in Iraq how 'charming the first Ms. Rice really was.
