Criminals are the ones who use guns to injure and kill innocent people. Confiscating the weapons of loyal, law-abiding citizens won't make New York or any othe city the lest bit safer. The criminals, including illegalaliens, who unlawfully possess firearms are the problem. Disarm these criminals and crime will be greatly reduced.
