He is probably in the best Country to get justice where you are innocent until proven guilty. Imagine he is the guy deciding all our fates in the European Union. Could he not just pay for what he wanted not to force himself on some woman who didn't want his attentions. Did he think if he guilty because of his position he could get away with it just because she is a chambermaid. Like a lot of men in power they usually open their zipper and their brains fall out.
