It is a bit of an acquired taste my first taste was not favorable, but then I was thinking this is a taste of Old Ireland, maybe filtered through the peat or something anyway I learned to enjoy....then was pleasantly surprised at how much better it tastes over there?...does not travel well I am told anyway I enjoy it here and am looking forward to having a pint or two over there soon.
