Correct ProudC - It's time for the Orange to "move on" as well and cancel the so called Marching Season which they do purposely in Republican areas just to cause problems. Go ahead and march if you want to, just do it in your own neighborhoods!

I think that this is a good move, but I wish that the Orangemen would just stop marching and rubbing it in that they won the battle. It is done start living together it is not the early 1900's. Come up to the 21 century and get over your differences. Please.

This is a good move. This is what the GFA is all about. The Island of Ireland have everything to gain and nothing to lose by these meetings. It's hard for some to take and that's understandable. But this is the way forward. He might even have something constructive to say.

Mairint and others wringing your hands...how many of you are even Irish? If the democratically elected government of Ireland as well as the democratically elected government of Northern Ireland are interested in talking rather than shooting, then God bless all of them. It will, in the end, result in the unification of the country. It is what Michael Collins died for, fer crissake. Grow up, idiots.

Lots of historic Irish patriots turning over in their graves. The Masons !! Shows how far down the road the Government of Ireland has tumbled. They feted the Queen of England, spent a fortune (of taxpayers money) on her visit, and not one word of apology emerged from her heart or her lips for the hundreds of years of atrocities committed by the English Crown on the Irish nation. If we couple this welcoming the Freemasons into the Senate with the disgraceful treatment of the Catholic Church by the government we must question where Enda Kenny and co. are taking Ireland.
