What on earth is holy about this Unholy and murderous land where every pebble has been drenched in blood at one time or another.....Holy it is not.

God loves a sinner who repents. Where he left the 99 to look for the one who could be saved.

I don't believe in God. But if Gerry Adams did ever get to meet Jesus, I think he would get an earful. Adams is a former leader of the IRA, who has yet to acknowledge his role in the extreme violence of the Troubles. Now, having urged the dead past to bury itself, he has recast himself as a philosopher-saint. Well, I don't buy it. If he is a sincere Catholic and a believer in God as the judge of all, he should have retreated to a monastery long ago and spent his life in prayer. Instead, he tours the world, making films, writing his blog, turning up at $500-a-plate fund raisers and hanging about with his celebrity friends. He doesn't know the meaning of repentance.
