Where are these '11-year-olds' parents?
Who is taking care of these children?
THat is where the real problem lies.

Another shockingly irresponsible piece of weighted amateur "journalism" from IC & another reason why I come back here less & less frequently.

"Keep rejecting God, Ireland, and pay the price, rape, abortion and perversion."

ProudCanadian - you should be proud - you have a great country with great people who take care of each other! This includes a tremendous national healthcare program as well as strict gun laws which keep your homicide rate and envy of every American citizen. As an American, I wish we would learn from our northern neighbors - and many, many Americans feel the same way I do!

my previous comment was deleted by IC because I dared say this story was based on two cases in England and had nothing to do with Ireland at all and therefore is a non story. There you go IC should stand for 'I Censor'.

Am I wrong but is all of this information not from an article in a British Newspaper about youths in England and not Ireland. If so the heading is very misleading. Is there nothing else to write about, 3 of the articles are about rape. Not that it does not exist but surely there is something good and interesting to write about.

The Western ethos depicts women as willing accomplices in sex, their apparent obsession with exposing their body parts to all and sundry; is there any reason that these foreigners think that all western women are whores? Not only are foreigners confused. Even young girls are confused. They are showered with the Pill, contraceptives, the morning after pill, abortion. They she their heros, f**king around and telling them, in magazines with readerships as young as 10 years of age, that sex is wonderful, you should try it now. Schools are providing children of 6 and 7 in Britain with graphic pictures of copulation and cartoon character, for Gods' sake, having sex. I don't know what happens in the South but I'm sure the liberal social workers will make sure everyone can enjoy the fun of sex.

With regards rape, it always amazes me when I suggest that my daughter take the car rather than walk home especially when, like during the 11th of July in the North, there are a lot of drunk young males staggering about. Her mother says that she'll be alright walking and the threat of harm to her daughter doesn't seem to register. I've noticed this denial in female friends and work associates; they seen to deny that they can be at risk. And, in case anyone feels that they can dismiss the extent of rape in Ireland, just remember that there is a stigma attached to it and these girls who are so sure that it will never happen to them are highly unlikely to report a rape. Not only will they endure an embarrassing intimate examination and a court case where their 'purity' will be questioned before court. But they will also have to admit that they weren't as strong as they thought.

yes, gang rape is used on girls in care who do not keep their mouths shut. it is rife in UK too. No not Muslims or Eastern Europeans- white males who are trained to believe they are superior to females. We know how good ireland is for that.

@the people who disagree with this, re-read the article (or have someone literate read it for you). Irish Central didn't just make this up, they are obtaining information from legitimate sources that say 'gang rape' is becoming normalized in Irish society. JUST like it is here in Sweden. A woman here almost recently died after being gang raped for 10 hours by at least 8 men, and the LONGEST sentence given was 6 years to a man who has past rape convictions, and who 'set up' the entire thing.
they were all afghan asylum seekers who either denied fully having any contact with her (DNA disagrees) or said it was fully consensual, even though the woman COULD NOT WALK FOR A MONTH and was covered with blood, according to witnesses. After being in the hospital for injuries she then spent one month in a psychiatric hospital. A 29 mother of 2, her life is destroyed.
Gang rape, and brutal stranger rapes are becoming THE NORM in Sweden as well. THANKS to mass 3rd world immigration.
