America is taking in the wrong Irish.. not the hardworking kind who are queuing but the shisters... No Irish American should support anyone one of these "business men" who destroyed our country.... these men deserve to be in prison.. Dunne is heading over your way now..

The first thng this guy did when he reached Massachusetts was to set up a consultancy claiminge expertise in banking related investments- until it was pointed out that he wasn't authorised in the US to offer such advice and wasn't registered to do so. This guy subsequently declared that he didn't understand his own finances when questioned as to why he had twenty personal accounts. I'm only surprised he hasn't applied for refugee status his sense of outraged entitlement is so profound.

Visas and green cards are for poor people. The elite have no need of such insignificant matters.

He should be stripped of any money, property and shares/stocks he has, deported back to ireland and do time for the major SCREW UPS he has caused - his stupidity to assume Ireland and the Irish will forgive him proves how stupid he is - he created a mess and thinks he has the right or power to walk away from it - not a chance - the USA should deport him, he doenst deserve to be here when others are here paying their way, paying their taxes and NOT FLEECING THEIR COUNTRYMENT! HE'S A LOSER and should pay for his part in the mess he created - too late for blaming anyone else - he knew what crimes he was commiting, way past time he does the time for them. And its way past time these guys are able to transfer their wealth to their wives - you marry a gangster you go down with him!!!

I cant believe the yanks let him in! What visa is he on there? if hes saying hes bankrupt he must not have money to invest so he cant get an investment visa. Deport him and put him in jail for 20 years. Take all his assets and sell them off.

What is the point of sending him back to Ireland? Their legal system, like many other facets of life there, is so backward he would face no penalty.

He should be forced to return to Ireland, where he became Bankrupt and helped bankrupt the country. The amazing thing is that he was able to purchase expensive properties after leaving Ireland.
