Who is Marco Rubio? He talks about "our hotels," "our neighborhoods" (the kind of neighborhoods that bring in "landscaping crews"), and "our offices." But as for the majority of Americans, he says, "All they want is a job that provides for their families.” And he'd like them to have a job, "in the kitchens of *our* hotels, in the landscaping crews that work in *our* neighborhoods, in the late night janitorial shifts that clean *our* offices." I can't help wondering, is Marco Rubio just another Mitt Romney with an ethnic-sounding, electable name?

Had Ryan done that before the election, Romney may have had a better shot.
The morning after Ryan was announced as the Romney VP pick, a rabid tea party client asked me what I thought of the pick. I told her I don't discuss politics at work. She said, oh come on, it's alright. Ok.
I told her, "I think the choice is brilliant!" Her eyes light up. I continue, "It means the radical right that has taken over the Republican party will lose. None of us reasonable people would accept that reduction of rights they want. They get their information from Fox News and just drink the koolaid straight not bothering to research any further. Ryan alienates women including most republican women, all people who are not white, anyone not homophobe, all of the legal aliens that are related to an illegal."
About this time I notice a vein beating in her forehead.
And I'm still amazed she didn't fire me.

Ryan said, "We must speak...to every merican". By "every American" does he include the 12 million ILLEGAL aliens who unlawfully entered the U.S., continue to live here in violation of our immigration laws and show no intention of assimilating? Do Ryan and Rubio take for granted those of us who came here with permanent visas, honorably served in in the U.S. military and continue to to loyal, law-abiding, tax-paying citizens? The Ryan-Rubio pair may NOT know that some of us veterans actually save Medicare substantial amounts by paying $50 for each visit to a V.A. hospital, while ILLEGAL aliens receive free health in emergency rooms.

All this weeping and gnashing of teeth over a bunch of losers. The GOP is still singing from the same old hymn book, they do not wish to change only muddy the waters the bufoons.

Hey!
Neither of us had the right message? No problem! Let us try another. Where is the electorate? Oh! There they are! Now...the new message...blah, blah, blah and sincerely stated of course. Hell I want to be re-elected,

2016? Rubio, Ryan, Jindal, Christie (if he's alive), Santorum etal. What a great list off possible candidates. I am sure there are others hiding in the woodpile. Hillary will destroy them all! But I digress. Let us savor the FOUR MORE YEARS that don't even begin until January 20.

It is too bad that Ryan is not Vice President. He would be much a more competent and successful VP than that clown, Biden.
