Former Casey Anthony case juror flees state in fear of her life
Young woman may live in disguise after release
A woman who served as a juror in the Casey Anthony murder trial is so terrified by her co-workers reaction that she quit her job and fled her home, her husband said.
The anonymous woman, known only as Juror Number 12, who worked in a grocery store in an Orlando supermarket, was so fearful she phoned in to quit her job before fleeing to Michigan, her husband told NBC News.
The red-haired 60-year-old said that half of her co-workers "want her head on a platter," her husband told NBC.
The supermarket worker is living in fear that her fellow employees will be outraged with the juror’s not guilty verdict.

Her husband said he has packed his own bags and is prepared to flee if his wife’s name is made public. The court record of all juror’s names remained sealed for now.
Her husband said that before leaving she told him: “I’d rather go to jail than sit on a jury like this again.”
Last week the jury acquitted Casey Anthony of the murder of her daughter Casey. They found her guilty only of lying to police officers who investigated the 2-year-olds disappearance.
In other news the Chicago Sun Times reports that the 25-year-old may live in disguise after her release from prison yesterday.
“There even have been discussions about cosmetic surgery, but Casey has rejected that out of hand,” a source told the newspaper
“Casey really does not completely understand the depth of hatred out there.
“She’s fully aware of the various death threats, of course, but she thinks that’s isolated to relatively few nutcases,” added the source.
