Irish? That's stretching it a bit. Tax exiles should not be included on this list no matter how much they throw from their carriages to the grateful rabble. Desmond should be on the Gibraltar list and O'Brien in with his newfound Maltese pals, if that's where he 'lives' now. Dorrance deserves to be there because he has given up American citizenship. I don't know about Naughton. America has it right - if you hold the passport, you pay the price.

Business is run by business for business. Yet we still live in a society and society is made up of many different types of people. Most modern societies are run on the basis of an economy and can exclude the people as displayed on this list.
