I wish there were more human beings like Neil Armstrong. I stayed with my parents and siblings all night to see the moon landing in 1969 and will never forget those three men. I introduced my children to his story some years ago and they were fascinated by him. One of my sons became a pilot in Aer Lingus as a result. My only daughter is joining the Irish Garda force when she completes her studies. A hero indeed for all generations. Long live his achievements and memory.
