Ireland is concerned about the US. Why didn't she hold money back from the heady days of the Celtic Tiger just for events such as this? All it was, was spend, spend, spend with no saving!!!! It is almost like Obama blaming Bush when in Ireland's case it was a Fianna Fail administraion spending money the country really didn't have.
