With only 46 days left until St. Patrick’s Day, the Irish themed food products have already begun to emerge.
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc are selling a new limited edition ‘Irish Beer Shake’ which includes a blend of Guinness, Jameson, and chocolate ice cream, priced around $5.
“I tried one. It tasted like a drink I had probably made in college, after I was already pretty drunk,” food blogger Jenn Wohletz wrote.
“The shake is amazing. If you like Guinness you're going to really like this shake,” one Facebook user wrote on the official Red Robin page.

This is not the first time the burger joint has blended a popular beer with ice cream. Last year they launched a Sam Adams Octoberfest draft shake made with soft serve vanilla ice cream, vanilla syrup and caramel.
They also released a Winter Beer Shake, made with Samuel Adams Winter Lager, cinnamon spice, and a hint of citrus.
Every year McDonald’s also release a seasonal green ‘Shamrock Shake’ to celebrate the March 17 holiday.

Why not a black eyed pea, chitlin, collard green and chicken burger. Uh huuum! I doubt they would try! Racism is ok in some parts.

I think it sounds revolting. But I am not much of a beer drinker anyway.

Actually if you are going to order any shake to drink with your burger, you probably don't care about the calories. Maybe a Guinness float would be good. Red Cow for strawberry soda and a scoop of ice cream, brown cow for root beer and black cow for coke. What shall we call a scoop of ice cream in a pint of Guinness - a HAPPY cow of course! What about a Jameson sundae? Now I've done it. My mouth is watering. Its a good thing I always keep all of the ingredients for the new Red Robin shake in good supply! Working out the correct proportions could take a lot of experimenting so I better get to work.

Guinness with chocolate sounds disgusting.

I think I would like it with just the Guinness and chocolate ice cream.

Red robin is NOT a fast food joint! It's just a chain restaurant

more likely, we'll experiment with these lovely ingredients at home... there's something alluring about that photo if guiness glass with choco shake in it...

Sounds like a waste of a good pint.
