Whatever happened in the hotel in Santa Cruz he most definitely was a part of a rightwing plot to spark off a civil war, as had other groups in the country to whom the leader, Eduardo Rosza Flores, was linked, such as the fasicst Nación Camba (who wanted a civil war to separate the 'white' east from the Andes (which would then be 'cleared', much as Rosza Flores' friends had tried in Croatia a decade or two back against Muslims and even ethnic Serbs. Rosza Flores was half Croatian and had links to the Croatian fascist movement. He even left a video where he describes his plans. Now. I understand his mammy and pappy are upset but perhaps they should understand that joining a fascist terror cell and trying to spark a race war is actually Quite A Bad Thing and people can get killed doing it.
