Additionally, the Minister's views of what Ireland's priorities might be, once it "repay(s)to the last cent," would be of interest. Is corporate investment, American and European and Asian and Arabic, to be the solution? Where does Ireland plan to invest its money, once it has plans in place to repay debtors?
