Seems like the news is starting to get out about Benghazi, the murdered ambassador had requested security and informed the regime of Al Queada groups. But the video maker is still in jail, so I guess we are safe.
benghazi.
Now Ephraim. Don't you think "idiot" is a little harsh. I prefer avaricious. We are probably going to be living with Josh Mandel the politician, for some time. A loss to Brown really means nothing to a young Ohio Treasurer. Voinovich lost to Metzenbaum in one of the all time dirtiest campaigns ever conducted in Ohio. George repeated accused Howard of being a communist. Yet, he went on to become a U.S. Senator. It will just be a matter of time before someone as ambitious and avaricious as Josh, will attain higher office. olovely, my wife made the same comment last night and compared Sandy to Isaac. I reminded her that God had better things to do than get involved in American politics. Surely she is focusing on making Sinn Fein the largest party in all-Ireland, but I digress. IrishandProud, I liked the photo, and how is it not representative of the Irish community in Cleveland? Or is your definition of Irish one who has a 100% Irish pedigree? Anyhow, President Obama hails from Offaly. A very large proportion of African-Americans have Irish roots. Is feidir linn.
This OHIO voter of Irish decent will cast his vote for Obama and Sherrod Brown. While the polls seem to be increasing in Obama's favor here in Ohio and even the VERY Republican Cincinnati Enquirer has endorsed Sherrod Brown over that idiot Mandel, Secretary of State Husted has won another court decision suppressing voter's rights so the will of the people may still be thwarted. All of the air time in Ohio has already been bought up so now the over funded superpacs are pumping it into Pennsylvania and Minnisota! Sorry guys, but remember you do have a "mute" button, it works wonders when the same commercial comes on for the third time.
The only thing Irish in that photo is the rain... These two candidates are slime but Romney for me as we need CHANGE from the hologram we had as president for the last 4 years.
God hates Republicans. Why else would he have sent Hurricane Sandy to ruin Romney's chances?
JP5485563 there will be NO Romney landslide, I suggest you do some research on who the 47% actually are..... there is NO way Romney will ever be elected.... and KL sorry Obama DID make good on some of his promised, Osama is dead, the troops are coming back from Iraq.....not voting while complaining is only hypocritical.....seabeetom, you are an ignoramous..... he IS YOUR president, and IF anyone said that about Romney that would piss you off, grow up ....
Any person that considers themselves an AMERICAN can not vote for obama.
As I said before, Romney's an elitist and Obama's a total hypocrite, I can't in good conscience vote for either of those pukes! If Obama would have made good on some of his promises I could consider him and if Romney had an ounce of compassion I could possibly vote for him; but neither of those happened so let's see what 2016 has to offer..
barak not lucifer believer
Firstly, if you're going to use a photo with an article about Americans of Irish descent -- or even of Ohioans, in general -- please use a photo a wee bit more representative of such. Don't split hairs with me, over that; IT ISN'T REPRESENTATIVE, OF SUCH (too many blacks, too few whites). Secondly, with things trending Romney's way in the U.S. as much as they are -- with his only gaining and/or leading in more and more polls (including NPR of all people, now!), even if by the most unlikely chance he does NOT carry Ohio, he may not even need to...since undecided voters always break heavily for the challenger in every national election, and Obama's only at BEST even with Romney, in most of the swing states. So if you have all these 'ties,' (and I don't even think Obama's even THAT high), and the undecided's always break for the challenger, what's that mean for Obama? You do the math. (Hint: a very possible if not likely Romney landslide).
If they think it is bad in Cleveland they should try Columbus. We have five times the political ads as the Cleveland network stations. Almost 1.3 million have already "early voted" in Ohio. Projection is 1.8 million by Monday November 5th. Can't believe Roger will vote for Romney. Tsk, Tsk.
@JP5485563 do you really think that the photo above was taken at the Irish American Club? Or was it just a stock photo?
There have been 400 new autoworker jobs created in Ohio. However Ohio has added over 116,000 new non-autoworker jobs and over 100,000 Absentee Ballots that were requested by Obama supporters in 2008, are still sitting on the shelf, and by 13:1, independents are favoring Romney.
Praying for America that there are enough voters with brains who can see another 4 years of Obama would be a total disaster for both the U.S. and the rest of the world. You can use your dollars for loo paper if you put him in again.
