Ha, ha, nice come back.
When you Fa#t Briano.
When will a 727 fly with solar or wind?
S/r "Whale not hale oil"
The state of Victoria (Australia) produces 10% of its power from windfarms as wind generation expands the cheaper it becomes and the same goes for solar thermal systems. When oil was first discovered people scoffed and said it was to expensive to use as hale oil was cheaper,be careful of false economics. Ironically it was the discovery of oil that saved the whale.
Instead of tossing all this manure around, there is a giant wind farm in Palm Springs, California. Show me the numbers and shut up. By the way, Palm Springs did not turn into a ghost town when the turbines went in. The Trumpster is just a sore loser when it comes to being dealt a poor hand.
Trump is right. Wind farms are completely useless. You have to spend an awful lot of money and use up an awful lot of resources to make and install them. There are an awful lot of crackpot ideas out there to generate electricity but none of them produce anything like the energy return that fossil fuels produce. At present, it costs 1 litre of fossil fuel to get 80 litres out of the ground. Wind farms are probably 1:1, or less. If wind farms are the future, then why are oil companies drilling in the most challenging and inaccessable places on earth to reach oil? Being the leader of an oil producing nation I'd have thought Salmond would have known that.
successful loudmouth.
trump should be laughed at. hes a loud mouthed self promoting FOOL.
Has Donald been trumped yet again. The poor old sod.
@bythebay "The Donald doesn't know Scotland at all. 14 miles north of Aberdeen on the North Sea will never succeed as a golf course. It is frigid the majority of the year". Now you are a expert on Scotland and Ireland. You are a impressive Woman. When are going back for a visit to either?
"They wanted my money," Trump said. "I was lured into buying the site, after I had spent my money they came and announced the plan"... Sounds like they read your book Donald.
I think the amount of energy that could be produced by harnessing Trump's mouth would power L.A. for a full year.
No one cares Donald. double the amount of turbines and move them as close as possible to his site I say!
