Thats no surprise after all the government cutbacks, and its only a matter before the government starts looking for their share from prostitution,as they are taxing everything

No wonder that woman in the pic is a hooker. She looks as if she can barely stand.Besides hell if you were married to her you would be picking her hair out of every take away you had for dinner.

Well, men are going to pay, one way or another. Please give my best to Niabh and wish her professional success. By the way, before some fool goes on a rant about STDs, "professional" ladies are responsible for about 1.5%. The rest comes from the one you met at the club.

What is IC trying to prove!!That women in Ireland these days are forced into selling sex because of the recession?Whatever about drug addicts selling sex. They need big money and most can't work. This Niamh woman is just using it as an excuse. She is motivated for the same reason as a drug importer is.Big money fast and plenty of it.

If prostitution was legal merefalow, you wouldn't have the pimps.Hey don't get me wrong I would love to see it gone, but there is just no way that it is going to happen I say legalize it put the girls in clean facilities, tax them and allow doctors to check them out every week or so and I quarantee in will not be so much in the news.

Then there is the old story of two mothers receiving money from their children in the States. Mary has received a five pound note while Peggy's mother has received two ten pound notes. Mary asks what Peggy is doing to be making so much money. "Hoorin'" answers her mom, and Mary says, "Ah, I wish my Mikeen were doin' that."

'Selling her body' sounds so demeaning, wouldn't "renting her body" be more accurate and have a more entrepreneurial ring.

Prostitution has been going on since time immemorial, even in Ireland. If this story is true, I hope they have their own union and not let foreign pimps exploit them. Wife swapping in Bushmill, Co. Antrim was one of the reasons the Peace Treaty was signed. Ask Bertie, Blair and Paisley. This story is for another time. Slan leath.
