I know a lot of very grateful Irish people in the United States for Brian Donnelly, Tip O'Neil and Teddy Kennedy. The Donnelly Visa enabled Irish people to start a new life after their own country couldn't provide much. Of course most of these people made a huge contribution to their new home also.
