What shame that Mr.Mc Aleese took the cautious route in his report. Probably as expected. He obviously doesn't believe that the trauma to which there women were subjected was abuse. Incarceration, head shaving, being locked up in isolation, starved. verbal abuse and denigration and unpaid slave labour. Still Mr Mc Aleese doesn't think there was much abuse. Another waste of money and an incomplete report. As expected. No one will be embarrassed because of Mr.Mc's report.
Unfortunately, Mr. McAleese took the cautious route in his report on the Magdalene women. Rather expected actually. He obviously doesn't believe that being incarcerated against their will, having their heads shaved. being beaten. locked up in isolation, denigrated and unpaid slave labour is abuse. Another waste of money. No wonder he resigned.
