David Norris scandals continue - new book alleges affair with young Trinity student

This David Norris should leave Ireland and become a stand up comic in the USA. He couldn't miss having great success.

This is a typical element of the gay lifestyle and, admittedly I am one who thinks that not being able to get the gender part of sexuality right, usually for psychological reasons, is a very serious deficiency. Regardless of any other fault of David Norris, a 20-year old is legal, for a consensual relationship. Bsides, he was not married, at the time. As I always say, so long as no coercion was involved, and the partner was an adult, no harm was done!

I'm sick sore and tired of Norris. That opinion has nothing to do with the nature of his sexuality. It springs from the fact he is an elitist bore. He will get as many votes, in the end, as there are Irish readers of the entire works of James Joyce and that is a tiny minority. Doomsbury!

More Nonsense from IrishCentral. The headline speaks of a "news book". What the hell is that? It certainly can't be a typo for "new book", since this Freedman book appeared well over a decade ago. Did IrishCentral columnist Kelly only come across it now? Why is she so ill-informed?

I have watched and listened to him over the last few months and have come to the conclusion that 'he be a little bit weird' as well as gay.
