@ darao – you obviously do not know of, or ignore, the continuing proofs of a God, manifested mainly through the RCC and its sister Christian Churches through the many miracles performed on sick people in our world – even today. Google for news on the miracles of Audrey Toguchi in Honolulu and of Jake Finkbonner (Ferndale, WA, USA), both of which are perfect examples of God-given cures through the intercession of Catholic Saints. Statistics show that the majority of miracles occurring in Lourdes, France, happened during the procession of the Holy Eucharist, which Catholics acknowledge as having the Presence of the Body of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, while fewer of them occurred in the miraculous water are discovered by St. Bernadette. You live in ignorance with your beliefs. Go; look up what is defined by the Catholic Church as what is necessary before a miracle is declared (including the results of investigations by a non-Catholic physician, the so-called Devil's Advocate member of the miracle-investigating team) and find the truth of God’s existence in our world every day.

Certainly you are entitled to have your God fantasies but there is no god and he or she has no laws other than those religious people invented to control people. The god you have in your mind is just that -- in your mind. When two people love each other society should be supportive regardless if it is two men, two women or a man and a woman. Your approach is one of laying down laws that do not care about love and just seek to impose on others. Fortunatly most people are no longer afraid of the dark and are open to caring and kindness for all people. What is happening to our world is a wonderous opening of mind to seek peace and kindness and to stop religious nonsense from holding everyone back.

Who cares? This man and his family, together with those that vote for them, belong in a travelling circus. That part of Ireland is home to some very strange individuals. If it was up to me I would implement sterilization programs to cull the gombeenism.
