Hey dipsy you apparently don't realize that for his career he was aided and abetted by the FBI who now has a former agent in prison for aiding in murder!
so what if they make a film about him? Jesse James, Capones, godfathers, The General(irish) the list goes on and on, the reason all these guys are famous is because the various law enforments of their time were incompetant, if he makes money from it then great he deserves it for no other reason than that he outwitted the cops. also would make a really refreshing change from the usual littany of lies and fantasised version of events that we usually get from crime reporters and movie writers not to mention the lies of law enforcment agencies.
Would this be Departed II?
How many Al Capone films have been done? Did the kindly Capone family back in Brooklyn get anything out of them?
Keep in mind "Markie Mark" there is still a bounty on ol White's head. Should the Winter Hill gang, the Southie Boys and or North End Italians come looking for their piece of the pie, the New Kids or the Funky Bunch want be able to save you. Once a punk always a punk.
