Colleen Shannon, Playboy’s Fiftieth Anniversary playmate and an Irish American, was arrested after trying to smuggle a boyfriend into the US from Canada.
It is believed the boyfriend is a Canadian native and she has been charged with “bringing in and harboring aliens.”
Shannon, now billed as the “world’s sexiest DJ” was Playboys’ fiftieth anniversary pick in 2004. The five-foot-two blond bombshell got massive coverage as a result.
She was born in Pelican, Alaska to an Irish father and Swedish mother. She moved to California at age 16.
She was charged Thursday night with trying to smuggle an unidentified male into the U.S. She could face up to ten years in jail.
Shannon works all over the world using her “World’s Sexiest DJ” billing to spin records.
In her Playboy interview, she stated she was always focused on the positive.
"Everyone is put here to do something," Shannon said. "Your subconscious tells you the things that you love to do, but a lot of people put those things aside. I think if you stick to things you love, nine times out of 10, circumstances are going to go your way and you will live a happy life."

Associating with Heff shows me that she has serious problems. And then, it might have been more than just a boyfriend in her contraband: some drug "mules" in South America were found to have swallowed, e.g., bag of cocaine before boarding so they could do the, er, needful after landing. So I hope they checked her, ahem, bloomers and bra that made her look just a bit too, er, healthy. (I don't expect this to get published in IrishCentral, since I know youse liberal omadhauns are squeamish about, er, sex.)

Its curious that Americans use the word "alien" rather than immigrant. It suggests that in the near future they may expect the arrival of extraterrestrials if indeed they don't walk the streets among them already.
