I have a bit of a problem with this. Most of the foreign students are paying their own way. Presumably they come from wealthy families. Working Americans are unable to buy their way in to American Universities. Yet their tax money goes to pay for these same Universities. As for immigration, wealthy people should not jump to the front of the line. Not sure where Chuck came up with this one.
