ANYONE trying to loot or gain from others losses is a jerk and should be shot on sight, no questions asked.

Christine Quinn is so accustomed to behaving tyrannically that she must have forgotten that we have a criminal justice system that will process people who are charged with looting. Her remarks demonstrate an utter disregard for law and a lack of experience and sophistication that we need from our city's leaders: “I would quite frankly say, you know, don’t even give them bail. Make them sit inside until the storm is totally gone and the power is over. That’ll teach you a lesson the next time the power goes out, because this is serious."
