Well whatdya know? 32 lifeboats, one for every county in Ireland? But not quite enough for 2,000 passengers. Perhaps there were lifeboats just for women and children, with the menfolk either swimming or walking on water, depending upon their level of spiritual enlightenment? Or hitching a life on an iceberg or passing ship. Perhaps they believed their own propaganda that even God couldn't sink it, consequently not needing such peripherals? But all joking aside. He was an awsome young man, well ahead of his time. Ar dheis a Dei go raibh a h'anam/May his sould rest on the right hand side of his God!
