Will Irish Catholics ever open their eyes?
Under Irish Law, this lady is "Not Guilty" of these crimes. This type of ending, where the case is taken from the jury and a decision of "Not Guilty" is made by the judge, by way of directing the jury to enter a not guilty verdict, has occurred many times. I have never seen one of these other cases mentioned by Irish Central and I fail to see why readers see it as yet another opportunity to attack the Catholic church. I repeat, the lady is Not Guilty. NOT GUILTY! Irish Law. Not "Irish Central" Law. She is "Not Guilty". Now, you anti-Catholic attack dogs, go find something else at which to spit your bile.
mortimer you and you alone mentioned her physical appearance .What's your problem with her appearance.
A couple of comments from a couple of the anti-Catholic intelligentsia: “You'd recognize the non-feeling callous face straightaway.” esatdigiwank | Nov 16, 2012, 03:49 AM EST “send the B#tch to work in a laundry the christian hypocrite” seanomelb | Nov 15, 2012, 04:14 PM EST So now physical appearance is enough to convict somebody, not just fairy tales.

Kathy's Story.
The charges were inconsistent and could make the trial unsafe? Doesn't meant the charges were falsely brought. 63 counts isn't one 'seductive' child falsely remembering... This case should've come before a jury. If these counts were true I feel very sorry for the victims - once again the innocent lose.
The problem is less that little girls can be seductive (see Jung's Electra complex) than some emotionally stunted father's in sexually dysfunctional relationships with their wives) are eminently seductible by Daddy's 'little princesses'. An infamous case of moral panic in England many years ago caused children to be put into care en masse on allegations that subsequently proved to be untrue, giving birth to a clinical diagnosis of "false memory syndrome (FMS)". Freud considered all memory to be reconstruction, being inevitably retrospective in nature from a later point of view of a differentiated persona. How many of us posting here can remember with any degree of clarity what happened 40 years ago?
I hope Sister Grogan brings a civil law case against these liars for defamation of character .The "compensation industry " is at last coming under a belated scrutiny and these alledged "abused " should now be rigorously investigated .In recent years individuals have been given huge sums of money in compensation for blatant lies !
I have submitted many fact-based commentaries in the last week. None have appeared. Such as one stating the facts of the McMartin case, contrary to the nonsense in PPhan's post.
Seems this site's posting policy let's drivel from tw*ts like Belphagor through but not informed, fact-based comment.
Because celibacy is as virtuous as constipation..............
Belphagor - Spare us the tired, ignorant, agenda driven anti-Catholic rhetoric, please. Makes you look uneducated, ill informed and, frankly, like a KKK member.
The bitter Pom is back!! you little spiteful devil you.
The most evil religion in the world, it's hardly surprising.
