Celebrity look-a-likes can usually expect fans to stop them for a quick photograph, but this was not the case for Sammay Blackwell, 26, who bears a striking resemblance to Casey Anthony.

An Oklahoma Casey Anthony look-a-like, who could easily pass as a sister, close relative or Anthony herself, was mistakenly chased for miles by another driver who then crashed into Blackwell until she was rammed off the road.

The woman, seeking revenge, hit the back of the victim’s automobile with such might that it made the car flip two and a half times until it landed on the driver’s side.

Blackwell, a convenience store worker in Chouteau, Okla., first encountered her assaulter Shireen Nalley, when she entered the convenience store to purchase gas.

“You look like Casey Anthony,” said Nalley, disturbingly.

"She said that I was trying to hurt babies, I was killing babies and she was going to stop it before it happened again," the victim told a local Oklahoma TV station.

Blackwell, who ironically has a daughter named Caylee, said that when her shift ended she got into her vehicle and as she backed out she noticed Nalley had waited for her in the parking lot and was staring directly at her.

“I could almost see the white in her eyes,” she said.

Reports say that Nalley began to follow Blackwell in a mini van and after several miles she drove into the back of the car, causing the accident.

“I said, ‘Oh my God, help me,” Blackwell said, “I just laid there playing dead.”

The Daily News reported that Police said drugs may have affected Nalley’s judgment and have arrested her on counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

The incident happened just days after a Florida judge acquitted the real Anthony of the murder of Caylee, her two-year-old daughter and Anthony was released Sunday and is expected to conceal her widely recognized identity for her safety.

Couple of comments. First that woman bore as much resemblance to Anthony as I do i.e. not much. Had a cousin a law student from Trinity over to do an internship for two weeks this summer here is MA and she was blown away by some of the freaky things that go on here in the US, just add this one. The prosecution messed up and Anthony should be serving at least 10 to 15 for all the lies. What kind of a mother (I have an 11 year old daughter), if she forgets time and is missing for an hour I press the internal panic button and make calls, go out in the car, to where she was supposed to be and Thank GOD thus far have found her spaced out about time. Working on that. However if God forbid, she was missing for an extended period and I followed all the above and could not find her, you bet my neighbors and I would be out in full force. Reporting her missing would be second call. Julienne

JB!! An innocent child lost her life and the mother was charged and found not guilty,maybe it was a miscarraige of justice that she was found not guilty. It is not the first contentious court decision and it will not be the last. The mother is now released and harming her will be an illegal act.Blaming the jury when the defense team stuffed up is crazy.

seanomelbourne? I don't watch the Fox Channel -- too one sided for me, but Caylee's murder is not political. Why is this a tired issue? A precious little child is a rotting corpse and she was murdered. No matter what the idiot jury said, she went missing, her mother never reported her missing, and after her corpse was found, the mother made all kinds of excuses. May Caylee's murder never be forgotten! Justice for Caylee.

Too bad that Shireen didn't get the real Casey. She could have put masking tape on her face and drew a little heart over her mouth. Then she could have put her in the same ground which held little Caylee precious body.

Irresponsible tabloid journalism that promotes this kind of frenzy and caters to the worst in their audience is the most responsible for this kind of attack. The vigilante attacker needs to be put away for a long time as she presents a clear danger to society since she is unable to distinguish between reality and fantasy. The poor victim looks nothing like Anthony and now has this trauma to live with the rest of her life. Has Nancy Grace picked up this story to for her yellow, psuedo-news show? Ratings and money, eh Nancy?

Ms. Nalley is fortunate that she didn't more seriously injure the victim. In any case she may spend more time in jail than Casey. However, she is likely a deranged person.
