seanie, Hillary was trying to contact the dead Eleanor when she was an adult is the way I heard it.
Hillary was 15 when eleanor died stupid
Maybe, but that beats Hillary Clinton having a seance with Eleanor Roosevelt, no?
I wonder if Reagan consulted his wife' crystal ball before he made appointments
Was sent to boarding school in New Ross 7 years after his visit as a 12 yr old. A sense of mourning hung over the town then still. Recall a paternal aunt from neighbouring Co Waterford taking me out to see the JFK Arboretum nearby of a weekend day out. Despite his inevitable human imperfection like us all, he still commands a certain respect all these years later. Ár dhéis Deí go raibh a h'ánam/May his soul rest on the right hand side of God!
The above photograph was not taken during JFK's Irish trip. It was taken on the day he was killed. This is in poor taste (not to mention lazy journalism) to use this photo. Surely there are plenty of pictures available from the Irish trip.
Planning a trip to Ireland this year..have to make decisions about time and where and for how long...
There won't be a dry eye in the house. How wonderful this will be. I so wish I could go.
If I can work it out, I going.
