Calling all eligible Bachelors - who’s the best Irish man you know?

Had the search for bachelors been held 20 years ago, I would have been eligble to compete. I was still unmarried at that time and it appeared I'd always be a bacheror until I happeded to get to know a widow 2 years my junior. This resident of Woodlaws was a New England native whose ancestors arrived in Massachusetts in the mid-1600s. Two and a half years after we met, we married in an upstate Methodist church and I never regret having given up my bachelorhood.
