Obviously Obama was waiting until after the Election to “Stand Down” the “Old Soldier” Petraeus, now that Administration – Pentagon Relations, are no longer liable to Partisan Politicization. Real Question is ? Is this an example Partisan House Cleaning, or a genuine slide to the left by the victorious Incumbent President ?
