This guy, if guilty, should have the book thrown at him! Sadly, there are countless women out there who admire the proverbial "bad boy". Now, they would never want to go through what this victim experienced, yet they have a wish to have an "involvement" with a "bad boy". I just don't understand this. I always believed that being a polite guy to the female gender was a positive. Some girls feel otherwise. Anyway, I would not stoop to the level of being crass and pushy with a woman, in the belief that she would find me more desirable! If that's what it takes to be liked, it is better for us guys to move on!

@bogside the court docs said "Irish roots". I would presume that means of Irish descent / Irish American. No?

If he is an Irish National there's nothing in the Irish papers. Like in many other cases they'll keep this hidden until they're forced to print a small article on page-17. The Irish do not like it when one of their own is a bad boy and especially don't like to print the "American draconian" treatment like bail over $130.(€100).
