PS -- also remember that Faux News is just that -- fake. Any organization that continually states its "fair and balanced" is an organization that spreads propaganda and needs the utmost scrutiny applied to it. As and Irishman I am ashamed of O'Reilly & Hannity And the rest of the Faux News team buffoons.

I've once was anti-gay marriage, but as I've age and I think grown wiser I see friends I grew up with and a few are gay. Other friends have gay offspring which they still find hard to talk about because of the haters out there. I think that my gay friends and the gay offspring of other friends should be able to share a life with a significant other. Now, I don't care if it's called marriage or civil union, both are ok with me. However, it ain't about me. Blessed Are The Peacemakers.

'Marriage' is what happens after a wedding. It doesnt matter who its between. Love is love regardless.

22Tango; We have evolved already, that's why we are well above the basic animal level.
As far as hating anyone, that's a blatant lie. But it's a worn out argument people like you use, to defend the indefensible.
You should be the one to evolve, and elevate yourself above the gutter level.

Bill: you or your kind are not invited to the wedding. Now get over it.

Every man and woman has a right to marry when they meet the person they want to spend their life with -- it doesn't matter gay or straight -- stop hating on one group. Evolve already.

No one is denying gays the right to marry. They have as much right to marry as anyone. The problem arises when they want to marry each other. Two men or two women marrying each other are abnormal and disgusting. People should get their collective minds out of the gutter.
I'm not a Bill O'Reilly fan, but he's right on this one.

i've 2 kids and 1 of them both of them or non of them could be gay and i would love them either way, however if a thing is put to the vote and its rejected thats democracey people might not like it but it sure beats the alterative and its up to them to then argue the case because when something like this happens it alienates there case because ordinary joe's think rightly or wrongly that something they disagree with is being forced on them and gay people damage what they feel is a legit right i personally feel that it should'nt be allowed but i would'nt argue forcefully agin it and if it came into force in ireland through the ballot box i would'nt lose any sleep over it either and come on guys, this is someone off fox news for christ sake!!!

The word MARRAGE has always meant one man and one woman, did someone change the meaning of the word if not then it is not a marriage. If I go to an apple tree pick fruit of it and say here is an orange for you did the fruit change? No it is not an orange and it never will be. So why are normal people so upset by all this? Making love is between a man and a woman and can produce a new life, so two people of the same sex can call it what they like but if they can’t reproduce, normal people know what to call. There is a slow child on our block when he comes to our house on his bicycle he makes motor cycle sounds and parks what he calls his motor bike in the driveway, but normal people know what it’s a bicycle. So don’t get yourself worked up over these people show them a little sympathy like we do with the slow young lad. In time some of them will wise up not all, but one good thing the ones that don’t will not reproduce, and remember this like the young lad they just want to be noticed that makes them feel special, pay them no attention and this too will pass.

In Every state where "Gay Marriage" was put on the ballot the people overwhelmingly rejected it. So now Gay activists subvert democracy(the will of the people) and shop liberal judges, In fact the judge who referred it was gay himself. A conflict of interest? I would say. Secularists are blinded by their ill formed consciences and don't see the threat that is created by revising a relationship that has been central to the survival and prosperity of the human race since it's inception. Natural law(God's law) can not be violated without consequences. History proves this: Ancient Rome, Greece, Sodom, Gamorh, Babylon..Of course to moral relativists this is archaic thinking. Consider that up until about 40 years ago this was the general world view embedded in man's conscience by our creator.

I don't get it. Why are some people so threatened by gay people being allowed to marry? There have been countless gay couples who've been married in states that allow it. None of these gay marriages have had any affect on my husband, me, and our marriage. No one has the right to impose their religious beliefs on others or deny others the right to marry the person they love. For all those anti-gay marriage people - get over it.
