Nice to see Briano move to the truth(or should I say crawl) on the rose garden statement. The "Benghazi affair" is a beat up by the Fox/GOP channel run by a gutter crawler like Murdoch an ex Australian.

In a Pigs eye; he can not set any one straight! He is a champion of spending money that we do not have, as are all liberals!

Fact checker washington post----In reviewing the documentation again, we see little reason to change our initial assessment.
Obama is correct that, in the day or two after the attack, he did use phrasing such as “act of terror,” though it was more vague than he implied in the debate. Moreover, he then dropped the phrase and for at least a week the administration pushed a narrative that tied the attack as a spontaneous reaction to the video, rather than a terrorist attack.
Meanwhile, Romney is correct that it took at least two weeks for Obama to forthrightly call it a terrorist attack (a statement that came via his spokesman).
The president’s desire to reach back to his initial “act of terror” statements appears to be an effort to mitigate that politically uncomfortable fact.---- So I would say what did his surrogates say about the attacks? Did he let the video scenario linger, or go on the view and letterman and comtinue the coverup. The Bigger question is why if he knew it was a terrorist attack on the Embassy didn't he help the ambassador. Six hours passed before the violated body of the ambassador was dragged through the streets of Lybia, fighter jets waiting for the word to go from a phone that never rang. Real leadership, I want this guy watching my back.

i actually know some of the facts here. both NPR and PBS are owned and operated by the CPB, or "Corporation for Public Broadcasting"
usually affiliates of either have to pay for the programs.
NPR is mostly self sufficient b/c Ray Crocs widow, (think big macs) gave her fortune to them. but they still do get some federal funds, are tax free, and free use of federal airwaves.
yes, Moyers is on PBS. but they too are tax free and get use of federal airwaves. i do not claim to know all the ins and outs of moyers programs vis a vis who pays what or how between the donors, the 3 branches of public broadcasting, or whatever... i doubt seriously though that the program is paid for in full by private donations and then given away for free to CPB/NPR/PBS.
but even if it is, the scam is that Moyers sells videos of those programs and pockets the money. so he gets free use of public broadcasting, doesn't have to pay to produce the programs to begin with, but keeps all the money in the sale of them?
and thats the best case scenario? smells rotten to me.
before you object, ask yourself this... how did moyers become so rich? he is very rich, and he didn't win the lottery...
or did he?

Brian O life in the bubble must be tough
Obama did say on Sept 12 in the rose garden that this was a terrorist attack but Fixed Noise does not want you and their delusional followers to know that. that would be against the fair and balanced networks propaganda agenda. they are not fair and not balanced so why oh why would anyone believe anything thing they say if the monkier that they use is a lie. they are right wing propagandist Brian O wake up you are being lied to.

Glad Bill M is outraged at the mistakes in this great debate, npr instead of pbs, telemundo instead of univision. Lets see if he is as brilliant pointing out the timeline on Lybia and the whopper told by obama in the debate. "I called it a terrorist attack the next day in the rose garden" really, some one should tell that to the girls on the view,or letterman, or the folks at thay Las Vegas fundraiser.

Bill Moyers is a brilliant man who has witnessed more of the story of American politics than any other. O’Reilly should respect the man rather that make idiotic remarks. But that would be "Fair and Balanced" wouldn't it Bill.

it seems people love watching train wrecks - this sums up the desire of people to listen to that O'Reilly cuckoo. There is not a place nor job that he'll cite as to where he's been and done that. What a country that enables morons to spout scutter at will. IMUS is another of the train wrecks I come upon by accident from time to time - such Trash ripe for the garbage bin.

I doubt Bill Moyers could ever "set Bill O'Reilly straight". Anyway, semantics aside, the point was that there is unnecessary fat and spending that could be trimmed given we are financing most things these days by borrowing from the Chinese, taking from SS and taxing everyone into socialist oblivion. Bill O made his point well.

Nicomax,
You do know their is a difference between tax credits and subsidies - right? We're not giving money to Exxon and Chevron. We ARE giving money to PBS. Yes, to liberals allowing someone to keep money they earn is giving them money, because we do all belong to the government in their minds. You do have the option of sending money to PBS on your own.
