When he was in office most of us had a few extra USD in our pockets and were at relative peace. We had technically full employment. Most of the world loved us. But for Arafat's instrangigence, the Israeli/Palestinian mess would probably have been resolved. Irish people are very aware of Clinton's endeavors on the part of peace in Northern Ireland. Overall I think he did a pretty good job. His taste in women for the most part, leaves a lot to be desired.
