I go to the Hugh Lane most Sunday mornings and it isn't shut.
The National Gallery was open yesterday when I visited and seemed to be pretty busy too. It is a pity that Ireland no longer has unlimited money for funding but a lot of this kind of reporting is playing to the agendas of highly political people like Ballagh and should be examined a little more rigourously.
