ACLU wins ruling against St. Patrick’s Day parade in Ohio

In response to "effin liberals!" and "When did it become gospel that everyone has to be included in everything?" There is a thing called THE Constitution with aspects dealing on Equal Acess and Free Speech. Just think, without those items, would the Parade even have been allowed back in the 1800s? I am sure not. So, before one wants to keep others out, one needs to realize how things got started in the first place. Afterall, a celebration of the concept that "No Irish Need Apply" might fall into that ruling should the Parade start (and continue) to keep others out of marching!
